Just a quick recipe post...Banana pancake! I just had it for breakfast and it's delish!! And it's perfect for a dieter. I just had to share this with u guys immediately. :D
Even though banana is quite carb-rich but it's not as bad as the carbs from wheat, etc. plus it's very nutritional and healthy!
Makes: 1 portion
What u need
1 ripe banana
A hand mixer or a spoon + a whisk
What u do
Mash banana with the back of the spoon in a bowl, whisk in the eggs, mix well. Or mix everything together with a hand mixer.
Heat up a nonstick pan or a normal pan with 1/2 tsp of organic coconut oil, reduce to medium heat, bake the batter until both sides are golden brown.
Serve immediately, as it is, or with honey, sugar-free syrup or even low fat bacon.
I was really surprised it turns out looking like a real pancake and it tastes amazing! Even better than a flour pancake!
