You can eat this during the Attack Phase or during the Cruise Phase with some baked veggies like I did.
what you need
4 thin chicken breast fillets
3 clovers of garlic, mashed
2 tbsp skim yogurt
juice of 1 lime or equal quantity from the bottle
salt, pepper, ginger powder, kurkuma powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, chili powder
what you do
- put garlic, yogurt, lime juice, salt, pepper and all the other seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
- marinate the fillets over night or for 15 minutes
- preheat the oven to 200 (hot air)
- bake for 15-20 mins depend on how think the fillets are
serve hot (with baked veggies)
